 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our double garage door got a problem. 2 upper hinges were broken. We went to the Overhead Door National office twice and tried to find old-style hinges. We were told the factory doesn’t manufacture them any more and the customer support Victoria Lee sent our request to old customers who purchased such hinges before. Unfortunately the old hinges were not found in their database and old customers’ stores. I think they tried their best to help us.
